Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2007, and pursuant to permission granted on February 22, 2007, to meet while the House is in session during bill referral, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 12:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Kolkhorst; Branch; Crownover; McClendon (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Otto (2).

 

A quorum was present.
