Pursuant to a notice posted on February 2, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 7:13 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Kolkhorst; Branch; Crownover; McClendon (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Brown, Fred; Otto (2).

 

A quorum was present.
