Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Special Issues met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dukes, at 5:23 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Dukes; England; Isett, Carl; Lucio III (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Gattis; Branch (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Branch now present.)

 

At 7:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
