Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Special Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dukes, at 12:28 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Dukes; Gattis; England; Isett, Carl (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Branch; Lucio III (2).

 

A quorum was present.
