Pursuant to an announcement from the House floor on February 15, 2007, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Chisum, at 11:53 a.m.

The chair laid out HB 2 as pending business and explained the measure.

Representative Isett, Carl moved that HB 2, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Isett, Carl moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2 passed.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
