Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2007, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, at 8:11 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Miller; Anderson; Brown, Betty; Aycock; Gallego; Heflin (6).

 

Absent:              Representative Garcia (1).

 

A quorum was present.
