Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2007, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, at 2:08 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Anderson; Garcia (2).

 

A quorum was present.
