No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Public Information Act by adding section 552.1231. This section provides that a performance evaluation of the Commissioner of higher education or chief executive officer of an academic institution of higher education, including a university system, is confidential and excepted from disclosure.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
