No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.

The bill would authorize a school district board of trustees to change the length of trustee terms to either three or four years.  School districts that opt to change trustee terms could experience minor changes in election expenses.
