HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, H.B. No. 1892 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following corrections: |
|
|
(1) In the SECTION of the bill that amends Section |
|
|
223.201(f), Transportation Code, in the second paragraph of amended |
|
|
Subsection (f) as added by Senate Floor Amendment No. 3 by Brimer: |
|
|
(A) Strike "Section 223.201(f), Transportation |
|
|
Code" and substitute "(g) Subsection (f)". |
|
|
(B) Strike "designed" and substitute |
|
|
"designated". |
|
|
(C) Strike "section" and substitute |
|
|
"subsection". |
|
|
(D) Renumber Subdivisions (a)-(c) as |
|
|
Subdivisions (1)-(3). |
|
|
(2) In the SECTION of the bill that amends Section |
|
|
370.305(d), Transportation Code, in the second paragraph of amended |
|
|
Subsection (d) as added by Senate Floor Amendment No. 3 by Brimer: |
|
|

|
|

|
