	Amend the Chisum Amendment for CSHB 15, located on page 1 of 
the CSHB 15 amendment packet, as follows:
	On page 1 of the amendment, strike lines 8 through 15, replace 
with the following language, renumber the lines accordingly, and 
insert the following into the appropriately numbered section of 
CSHB 15:
	"SECTION    . Texas Youth Commission. In addition to amounts 
previously appropriated for the state fiscal biennium ending August 
31, 2007, the amount of $3,000,000 is appropriated out of general 
revenue to fund the Texas Youth Commission for the purpose of 
immediately purchasing security camera and security equipment to 
better ensure the safety of children placed in the care of the 
state."
