Senator Madla moved to suspend the 24-hour posting rule so that the Senate
Committee on Intergovernmental Relations could meet today upon adjournment
to reconsider the bill listed below.  Senator Madla also moved to suspend
Rule 11.13 so the Committee could meet during session.

SB 1828            Estes
Relating to the creation of the Smiley Road Water Control and
Improvement District; providing authority to impose a tax and issue
bonds.
