Senator Brimer moved to suspend the 24-hour posting rule so that the Senate
Committee on Intergovernmental Relations could meet today upon adjournment
to take up and consider SB 340.

SB 340            Whitmire / et al.
Relating to the authority of a municipality to require the removal
of certain vehicles from a freeway without the consent of the owner
or person in charge of the vehicle.
