Relating to the required use of towing safety chains on certain
vehicles.

HB 599            Eissler
Relating to erecting or maintaining certain outdoor signs; creating
an offense; providing penalties.

HB 600            Eissler
Relating to erecting or maintaining certain signs on certain
rights-of-way; providing penalties.


The Committee will also hear testimony from the Texas Department of
Transportation.  Invited testimony only for this portion of the hearing.
