Relating to the suspension of the license or registration of a
child-care facility providing care for less than 24 hours a day or
the listing of a family home.

SB 46            Nelson
Relating to the establishment of a method to integrate benefits
issuance and recipient identification for health and human services
programs.

HB 3440            Herrero
Relating to the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program (MERP) Claim.

SB 627            Zaffirini
Relating to a pilot program for the transfer of money appropriated
for certain institutional care for children to provide
community-based services to those children.

Relating to provision of certain optional services for adults and
operation of the medically needy program under the state Medicaid
program.

HB 711            Naishtat
Relating to the eligibility of certain financial assistance
recipients for medical assistance.

Relating to penalties and sanctions imposed on recipients of
financial assistance.

Relating to the administration of psychoactive medication to
certain patients.


The Committee will stand in recess while the House is in session, and
reconvene upon recess/adjournment of the House to hear remaining
bills on the agenda.

Bills will not necessarily be taken up in the order specified above,
depending upon the availability of bill authors.
