The Subcommittee will meet to hear invited testimony on
Interim Charge 1:

Monitor the performance of state agencies and institutions, including
operating budgets and plans to carry out legislative initiatives, caseload
projections, performance measure attainment and other matters affecting
the fiscal condition of the agencies and the state.

The Subcommittee will hear from the following agencies:
Texas Department of Transportation
Texas Building and Procurement
Employees Retirement System
Commission on the Arts
Texas Historical Commission
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
Texas Lottery Commission
