The Subcommittee will meet jointly with the Health and Human Services
Subcommittee to hear invited testimony on Interim Charge #1 related to
Correctional Managed Care.

The Subcommittee will also hear public testimony on this issue.

1) Monitor the performance of state agencies and institutions, including
operating budgets and plans to carry out legislative initiatives, caseload
projections, performance measure attainment and other matters affecting the
fiscal condition of the agencies and the state.
