         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 12, 2006, the House Committee  
         on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Krusee, at 9:05 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:    Representatives Callegari; Casteel; Deshotel; Flores;  
                    West, George "Buddy" (5).

         At 10:29 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
