         Pursuant to a notice posted on January 13, 2006, the House  
         Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Krusee, at 9:10  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Krusee; Phillips; Callegari; West,  
                    George "Buddy" (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Hamric; Casteel; Deshotel; Flores;  
                    Hill (5). 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         (Representative Flores now present.) 
          
         Testimony continued. 
          
         At 12:03 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
