         Pursuant to a notice posted on January 27, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Krusee, at 8:08  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Deshotel; Hill; West, George "Buddy" (7). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Hamric; Flores (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
