         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2006, revised on May 9,  
         2006, to allow the committee to consider HB 163, and a  
         suspension of the 24-hour posting rule on May 11, 2006, to allow  
         the committee to consider HB 144, the House Committee on  
         Regulated Industries met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 2:25 p.m.
