         on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 10:09 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:    Representatives Coleman; Dawson; Solis (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 5:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
