         Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 18,  
         2005, the House Committee on Public Health, Subcommittee on HB  
         2706, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative McReynolds, at 6:00 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives McReynolds; Coleman (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Truitt (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 2706 
          
         The chair laid out HB 2706 as pending business which was heard  
         by the full committee in a previous hearing.  
          
         Representative Coleman offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         (Representative Truitt now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 8:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
