CORRECTED MINUTES 
                                           
         On May 9, 2005, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on Pensions & Investments held on March 31,  
         2005. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Eiland, at 8:06  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Eiland; Flynn; Griggs; Krusee;  
                    Rodriguez; Straus (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representative McClendon (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         measure.
