         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 22,  
         2005, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Reyna, at 1:05 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Reyna; Casteel; Farabee;  
                    Harper-Brown; Homer; Oliveira (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Dukes; Baxter; Hope; Howard; Smith,  
                    Wayne (5). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Representative Reyna moved that the floor amendments to HB 1058  
         and HB 87 offered by Representative Reyna be approved to be  
         offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and  
         Resolutions Calendars for Thursday, March 31, 2005.  The motion  
         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Reyna moved that the following measure not be  
         placed on the calendar at this time: HB 780.  The motion  
         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Reyna moved that the following measures be  
         transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB  
         178, HB 832, and HCR 69.  The motion prevailed without  
         objection.

         Representative Casteel moved to place the following measures on  
         the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, March  
         31, 2005:  HB75, HB87, HB132, HB210, HB232, HB364, HB369, HB388,  
         HB389, HB496, HB749, HB874, HB935, HB961, HB1058, HB1097,  
         HB1119, HB1142, HB1190, HB1236, HB1267, HB1562. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

         Nays:           None (0).
