         On May 5, 2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource  
         Management authorized the correction of the  minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management  
         held on April 21, 2005. The following are the corrected minutes  
         for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2005, and revised on  
         April 18, 2005, and April 20, 2005, the House Committee on Land  
         & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at 8:05 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Blake; Cook,  
                    Robby; Miller; Orr (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Pickett; Escobar; Leibowitz (3).
