         On May 5, 2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource  
         Management authorized the correction of the  minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management  
         held on April 14, 2005. The following are the corrected minutes  
         for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2005, and revised on  
         April 13, 2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource  
         Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Mowery, at 8:04 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Pickett; Blake;  
                    Cook, Robby; Leibowitz; Orr (7). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Escobar; Miller (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out SB 734. 
          
         Representative Mowery offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The chair recognized Representative Mowery to close on the
