CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 9, 2005, the House Committee on County Affairs authorized
the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on County Affairs held on April 27, 2005. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2005, the House
Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Allen, Ray, at 8:04
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Allen, Ray; Smith, Wayne; Casteel;
Farabee; Laney; Olivo (6).
Absent: Representatives Coleman; Naishtat; Otto (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the April 6, 2005, minutes for the House
Committee on County Affairs be corrected. The corrected minutes
were authorized without objection.
