         On April 20, 2005, the House Committee on County Affairs  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on County Affairs held on March 30, 2005. The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 23, 2005, the House  
         Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Allen, Ray, at 8:13  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
