         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 10,  
         2005, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at  
         11:38 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    McReynolds (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Jones, Delwin; Allen, Ray; Noriega,  
                    Melissa (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 129 as pending business.

         (Representative Allen, Ray now present.) 
          
         Representative Hochberg offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         HB 93 
          
         The chair laid out HB 93 as pending business.  
          
         The chair explained the measure. 
          
         Representative Haggerty moved that HB 93, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                         Hochberg; McReynolds; Noriega, Melissa (6).
