         Seconded by Representative  Callegari.

         Representative Woolley moved to place the following measures: 
         on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, July 26, 2005: HB 3; and 
          
         on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for Tuesday, July 26, 2005.:  
         HJR12 
          
         Seconded by Representative Miller. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
