         Representative Chisum moved to adopt the Committee Substitute  
         for House Bill 3540.

         substitute.  
          
         Representative Chisum moved to adopt committee amendment #1. 
          
         The amendment was adopted without objection.

         The amendment was adopted without objection. 
          
         With no objection and with the consent of the committee, the  
         chair moved to direct the committee staff to prepare a new  
         complete committee substitute incorporating the adopted  
         amendments.  Hearing no objection, the chair directed the

         incorporating the adopted amendments.
