S.B. No. 672
AN ACT
relating to the Randall County Juvenile Board.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subsections (b) and (c), Section 152.1971, Human
Resources Code, are amended to read as follows:
(b) The commissioners court shall pay the juvenile board
members additional annual compensation set by the commissioners
court at not less than $600 [nor more than $1,200] for the added
duties imposed on the members. The compensation shall be paid in
equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county.
(c) Sections [152.0002, 152.0003,] 152.0004 and[,]
152.0005[, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008] do not apply to the
juvenile board of Randall County.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
