AN ACT
relating to the composition of the Comal County Juvenile Board. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 152.0521(a), Human Resources Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) The Comal County Juvenile Board is composed of: (1) the county judge; (2) the [local administrative statutory county] judge of each county court at law in the county; (3) the judge of the 207th District Court; (4) an additional judge of the district courts having jurisdiction in Comal County, to be appointed biennially by the local administrative district judge; and (5) the criminal district attorney of Comal County. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2005. ______________________________ ______________________________ President of the Senate Speaker of the House I certify that H.B.
