H.B. No. 3199




AN ACT

relating to the terms of court of the 410th District Court.                   
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 24.110(b), Government Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
	(b)  The terms of the 410th District Court begin on the first
[third] Monday in January and[, the eighth Monday after] the first 
Monday [in January, the third Monday] in July[, and the 10th Monday 
after the first Monday in July].
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
