Amend Amendment No. 71 by Y. Davis to CSSB 1 (page 61, prefiled amendments packet) by striking "Out of the funds appropriated to Strategy B.2.2., Vendor Drug Program," and substitute: Out of appropriated interest earned on the Community Hospital Capital Improvement Fund (Small Urban Hospitals),
