Amend CSHB 7 on page 274, line 3, by inserting new subsections (g) and (h) to read as follows: "(g) The commissioner shall adopt rules to recognize exemplary return to work programs. (h) The commissioner shall adopt rules that allow insurance carriers to offer incentives to employers who offer exemplary return to work programs."
