Amend Amendment 13 (Solis) to CSHB 7 by striking "On Page 38, 
lines 22-27 delete Section 402.206(b) and renumber remaining 
Subsections as appropriate." and inserting the following:
	On page 38, line 25, strike "without the authorization from 
the employee" and substitute "if the employer obtains written 
authorization from the employee before making the request" and on 
line 27, after "employee." add "The employer may only use the 
information obtained under this subsection to verify information 
the employee has provided to the employer in an employment 
application.".
