The Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations will hold a public
hearing at 9:00 a.m. on October 6, 2004, in the Capitol Extension, Room
E1.028. The Committee will hear invited and public testimony on Charge
Four.

Charge Four:

Study and make recommendations relating to development of the Texas wine
producing industry.  Assess the impact of state and federal laws on the
shipment and delivery of wine and make recommendations for increasing the
economic impact of the wine producing industry in Texas.
