Relating to illegal uses of confidential information by persons
having legal access to confidential information; creating an
offense.

Relating to governmental contingency fee contracts for legal
services entered into by a local governmental entity.

HB 3464            Villarreal
Relating to highway beautification

HB 2611            Keffer, Bill
Relating to excepting an audit working paper of a municipal auditor
from required disclosure under the public information law.

HB 2168            Dunnam
Relating to state purchasing of recycled products.

HR 526            Elkins
Relating to a U.S. constitutional amendment to prohibit courts from
mandating states or political subdivisions to levy or increase
taxes.

HB 3187            Uresti
Relating to the regulation of manufactured housing in this state.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
