Relating to the confidentiality of e-mail addresses under the
public information law.

Relating to applications for public information that are frivolous
or filed for the purpose of harassment.

Relating to the application of the open meetings law and the public
information law to meetings and information regarding certain
security plans of a municipal hospital, a hospital district, or a
health department.

Relating to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice and the Department of Public Safety
of the State of Texas to the City of Houston.

HB 2343            Kolkhorst
Relating to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice to Walker County.

HB 2455            Chisum
Relating to the governmental entities subject to, and the
confidentiality of records under, the sunset review process.

HJR 58            Eissler
Proposing a constitutional amendment to allow current and retired
college professors to receive compensation for serving on the
governing bodies of school districts, cities, towns, or other local
governmental districts, including water districts.

HCR 69            Taylor
Memorializing Congress to support and pass President Bush's 2002
Economic Growth and Tax Relief Plan.

HCR 28            Lewis
Memorializing the 108th Congress to pass HR40 establishing a
commission to study reparations proposals for African Americans.

HJR 25            Wilson
Proposing a constitutional amendment prohibiting discrimination
against or preferential treatment of a person in public employment,
public education, or public contracting after the economic effects
of past discrimination have been offset through the payment of
reparations.

HB 2004            Marchant
Relating to allowing a governmental body to deliberate in a closed
meeting regarding the business and financial considerations of a
proposed contract.

HB 2040            Marchant
Relating to authorizing certain state agencies to share information
for investigative purposes.
