Relating to the eligibility of certain persons to represent a
person before the Board of Pardons and Paroles or a parole panel.

HB 274            Keel
Relating to the prosecution of the offense of harassment by persons
in certain correctional facilities.

HB 362            Dutton
Relating to in-prison geriatric communities.

HB 477            Farrar
Relating to requiring sex offenders released on community
supervision, parole, or mandatory supervision to maintain a certain
distance from any premises where children frequently gather.

HB 28            Hodge
Relating to rehabilitation programs for defendants housed in state
jail felony facilities.

HB 31            Hodge
Relating to the provision of educational services to certain
inmates imprisoned in the institutional division of the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice.

HB 178            Ellis
Relating to immunity for certain governmental employees for an act
or omission committed while supervising an inmate or offender
program or activity.

The Committee will also hear invited testimony from the Criminal Justice
Policy Council.
