         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 28, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Talton, at 2:46  
         p.m.

         substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Van Arsdale moved that HB 560, as substituted, be

         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
