         On April 30, 2003, the House Committee on State Affairs  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on State Affairs held on April 7, 2003. The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2003, the House  
         Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Marchant, at 3:32  
         p.m.
