         On April 23, 2003, the House Committee on State Cultural and  
         Recreational Resources authorized the correction of the  minutes  
         for the meeting of the House Committee on State Cultural and  
         Recreational Resources held on April 9, 2003. The following are  
         the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 9,  
         2003, the House Committee on State Cultural and Recreational  
         Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 12:43 p.m.
