         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 24, 2004, the House Committee  
         on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flores, at  
         10:20 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Re:  $250,000 state contract with the Las Vegas law firm of  
         Lionel, Sawyer & Collins 
          
         The chair recognized Reagan Greer, Executive Director, Texas  
         Lottery Commission to testify on the $250,000 contract.  (see  
         attached witness list)
