         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 8,  
         2003, the House Committee on Civil Practices met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Nixon, at 5:25 p.m.

         business. 
          
         The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the substitute  
         was adopted by the committee. The committee substitute was  
         withdrawn without objection. 
          
         Representative Woolley offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Woolley moved that HB 335, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
