         Pursuant to a notice posted on June 30, 2003, and upon an  
         announcement and motion made in a public hearing on July 2,  
         2003, the House Committee on Redistricting reconvened in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Crabb, at 2:37 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
