         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on September  
         15, 2003, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Woolley, at 2:06 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Luna; Madden; Menendez; Seaman; Truitt (9). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Telford; Turner (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         At 2:07 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 3:15 p.m., September 15, 2003. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 4:50 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Woolley. The roll was answered as  
         follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Woolley; Wohlgemuth; Christian; Hupp;  
                   Luna; Madden; Truitt (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Menendez; Seaman; Telford; Turner (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Representative Woolley moved to place the following measures:  
         on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, September 16, 2003:   
         HB3, HB1, HB2, HB35; and  
          
         on the Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, September 16, 2003:   
         HR43.  
          
         Seconded by Representative Christian. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:               Representatives Woolley; Wohlgemuth;  
                             Christian; Hupp; Luna; Madden; Truitt (7).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).  
           
         Absent:        Representatives Menendez; Seaman; Telford; Turner   
                        (4).  
           
         At 4:53 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
