         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19,  
         2003, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Woolley, at  
         5:22 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for  Wednesday, May  
         21, 2003:  SJR30, SJR44, SJR45.  
          
         Seconded by Representative Madden.

         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:               Representatives Woolley; Hupp; Madden;  
                             Menendez; Seaman; Truitt; Turner (7).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

         At 5:23 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
